Texas Judge Rules Against the Abortion Pill

U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ruled Friday against the FDA Abortion Pill. He literally cited the 1873 Comstock Act which banned the mailing of “obscene material” through the mail. Yes, folks, we headed back that way and only in Texas. While the Christian conservative judge had previously advocated as a Christian attorney. These same groups have been shopping for Texas conservative judges to suit their Christian agendas. The DOJ plans on challenging the ruling if the judge rules on ending the sale and use of the Abortion Pill.
